Peanut Butter Carrot Muffins

1/2 cup white or whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup honey

1 egg

Mix flour and baking soda together first, then add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 350F for 30 min in muffin paper tins or a muffin tray that is sprayed with a nonstick spray.
