Welcome to my blog. I am a Chinese pug dog and my mommy loves me so much that she made a journal all about my life. Of course she has to type the words out for me because the keyboards are not made for doggie paws. I hope you enjoy reading my daily life, the life of a pug dog is not bad at all, you'll see.

~Lemon Cream Cheese Bars~
1 box lemon cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs (use one at a time)
8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs. fresh or bottled lemon juice
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9x13 ungreased pan. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil. Mix with a fork until crumbly. Reserve one cup of this mixture. Pat the remaining mixture lightly in pan. Bake 15 min.. While this is baking beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and the remaining egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked crumb mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top and bake 15 minutes longer. Do not overbake. Will be light golden brown. Chill thoroughly and cut as desired.
